154cm and 60kg
I'm 154cm and 60kg. I want to lose weight because I'm starting to lose confidence with myself. my upper body is fine but all the fat goes to my waist and below especially the thighs. I have like extremely thick thighs and it doesn't really match with my upper body. can anybody suggest me any kinds of workout or exercises that can reduce my weight and tone down my thighs.
i know you asked for workouts but im just gonna say that I lost twenty pounds just by tracking my meals- i also since then have started exercising more because i want to be healthier but i hardly exercised when i lost that weight. you can use an app for it which makes it pretty easy- it just helps you be really mindful of what youre eating and how ...... reply

As you excerise, you would normally (eventually) build up muscle. Muscle is denser than fat, which means the same weight in muscle is actually skinnier than the same weight in fat (because fat is less dense - more spread out). Hi! As another commenter mentioned, I think the best thing to do is definitely watch what you're eating if you want to lose weight fast. What worked for me was reducing my meal portions (eating with smaller plates, bowls helped), obviously avoiding foods high in saturated fat and sugar (I cut most dairy products from my diet so I scarcely drink mil...... 3 reply

If you pair a calorie deficit with exercise you will lose weight. Just make sure to do the deficit with healthy foods and more strength training than cardio. reply
i think its better to first think about the meals , make ur own meals, reduce fats, dont buy fast food, eat more apples ,drink more water, less bread.good luck! 1 reply
the best way to lose fat is either endurance training, for example it is said you start losing fat only after 30 min if jogging, or high intensity interval training, lots of exercises in short time with short breaks.

I've never tried to lose weight but my guess is any exercise involving legs. So like lunges, situps, jogging, etc. I'd say diets can go a long way though. I've noticed my weight fluctuates a lot depending on how much I eat at any given time. reply
You can't spot reduce fat. Exercise is such a small part of weight loss (albeit healthy and important for other reasons) that what you should do first is find out your TDEE (daily calorie allowance) and eat less than that. Every 7000 calories is 2lbs/1kg, give or take. You can easily lose about one lbs a week by reducing 500 calories a day. If your...... reply
