154cm and 60kg
I'm 154cm and 60kg. I want to lose weight because I'm starting to lose confidence with myself. my upper body is fine but all the fat goes to my waist and below especially the thighs. I have like extremely thick thighs and it doesn't really match with my upper body. can anybody suggest me any kinds of workout or exercises that can reduce my weight and tone down my thighs.

As you excerise, you would normally (eventually) build up muscle. Muscle is denser than fat, which means the same weight in muscle is actually skinnier than the same weight in fat (because fat is less dense - more spread out).
