Good Things take times, Also DO NOT STARVE. STARVIN IS NOT THEEE OPTION.
I dont know the reason why you wanna lose weight BUT DO IT THE HEALTHY WAY!
Ur health comes first mf so take exercises and get abetter diet and be consistent w it(stay hydrated too)
