To sum it all, I came out to my brother as being demiromantic and lithromantic. I also told him what they meant and he said lithromantic just sounds like I'm an asshole. Pretty much we got into a whole argument, he called me an asshole for being lithromantic, and i called him homophobic. Overall he made me feel shitty for being lithromantic

NOBODY's an asshole for being something. The only way anyone's an asshole is if they ACT LIKE ONE....
Anyone calling you an asshole for simply being the way you are or feeling the way, you do, is actually the asshole!!!
