I need tips for loosing weight hihi
I'm an 166cm & 65kg girl (18y/o) , i believe my weight is normal for my height if we base on BMI , but i still want to lose weight. Do you guys have any tips? TT
You're weight is fine based on your height. But still if you wanna lose weight, try following a strict workout regime, especially cardio or aerobics. You can do 5 days/week, or start slow by working out alternate days. Try going for runs, or try a sport if you can. I especially recommend running, it's great for weight loss.
