These are tips from my friends. If you're hungry eat veggies or fruits until you're full. Don't starve to death, eat 3 times a day. Less eat sugar or not eat sugar at all.
Don't forget to drink water! 1 reply
You can lose a good amount of weight without going on a drastic diet or working out.
-protein. Protein keeps you full for longer.

-walk for 10 minutes after eating, don't just lie down after eating
-make more home cooked ...... reply

Please please, don't EVER choose the "starving" way. There is nothing worse than Ed (most of the times, you don't even end up skinny and gain even more weight...).
If you want to lose weight, choose the healthy way.
Eating healthy is fun and try find some hobby where you move more. Or you can start walking more (best if you have a dog!! :3)

Eat late breakfast and snack or early dinner as a two meal plan cause It works solid for me, but if you still feel hungry ditch the plan works for some not for others. Make sure you eat protein, and just in general things with good nutrients, just balance. Don’t avoid sugar, avoid “meaningless” sugars like candy and gum. Don’t eat an overab...... 1 reply
