I need tips for loosing weight hihi
I'm an 166cm & 65kg girl (18y/o) , i believe my weight is normal for my height if we base on BMI , but i still want to lose weight. Do you guys have any tips? TT
Please please, don't EVER choose the "starving" way. There is nothing worse than Ed (most of the times, you don't even end up skinny and gain even more weight...).
If you want to lose weight, choose the healthy way.
Eating healthy is fun and try find some hobby where you move more. Or you can start walking more (best if you have a dog!! :3)
