tips?
if anyone has like tips or specific ways to lose weight, uhh tell me now. i workout and stuff so anything else would be helpful; like a certain food or drink or SOMETHING. im desperate
Baseline: Burn more calories than you eat. Like others mentioned, calories vs. Calories out.
Having a good sleep schedule is very important.
Also, don't eat until you are actually hungry and don't eat until your stuffed. Just eat until you are moderately full.

dont skip meals, just dont ruin ur metabolism pls. eat however u like but EAT HEALTHY and ur stomach capacity is gonna be the same as tzuyangs if u treasure ur gut health and metabolism TRUST,, 1 reply
Most important thing when losing weight is being realistic! Don't do diets, find a life style that fits you and that you can consistently keep up for the rest of your life. If you have an unhealthy relationship with food, focus on healing that first and foremost, since that will most likely just make things more difficult for you while losing weigh...... reply
cutting out soda and drinking water will help IMMENSELY and it’s a pretty easy change. if you’re a fiend like me then cut down to one soda a day…2 days…3…4…5…6…then one a week! during this time take up drinking more water throughout the day, but don’t chug it cause then you get that sick feeling yknow. but yeah drop soda and pick ...... 1 reply
