quitting vaping after 4 years, tips?
i’ve decided to quit vaping. it’s gotten so excessive to the point i hit it every chance i get. it’s taken over my life in every aspect of it and i rely on it so much for so many things like stress relief, focus, boredom, social situations, to prevent binging, etc…
so i was just wondering if anyone would want to share any tips to help quit or their own experiences if they have any, because i think it would help me a lot.
I don't have any experience with this so I can only wish you good luck!
But maybe start by reducing instead of quiting in one go. Be mindful of how much you use it try to lower your consume a little ever day or week.

i remember i watched an experiment once that had positive outcomes when people who were trying to quit smoking went to a sauna a few times during the first days of quitting and it helped them sweat out the nicotine... it was a long time ago so who knows if it actually works but hey it doesn't hurt to try right? just be careful with transfer addicti...... 1 reply
A lot of people like to use gum. I personally used that Hi-chew candy. Anytime I felt like I needed to hit my vape, I would just pop one of those. They are fruity and taste kinda like the artificial vape flavors, so it helped me more than gum. 1 reply
