Do people actually read shotacon or loli
I was on Reddit (I know) and there was a post in ao3 where a lot of people were saying they read shota and loli and I was kind of surprised because I thought, similar to incest, most don’t really seek this kinda thing out? I don’t really get the whole anti and pro ship thing I don’t know if it’s good to be one or the other I just believe that all things should be able to be published (even rape shota loli incest anything everything), I just won’t really read a lot of it. Like dont support censorship, but I also don’t approve of the stuff just more of it has a right to exist
I guess my question is do you read shota and loli, and how would you feel if a friend of yours read it ? (I’m not gonna attack you whatever response you give but can’t promise what other people will do)

I should clarify myslef I do not read shota or loli I just know its got kids or people who look like kids in it who are in sexual situations so it icks me a lot reply
there are def people out there that specifically look for stuff like loli/shotacon, and generally these people believe it's okay to find these children(or children presenting) characters arousing is fine because it's fictions. But i find often times these people are only looking for fictional kids to creep on cause they can't irl, which is really g...... 2 reply
That's wrong because plenty of people will seek it out purposely, or even solely for the reason of it being shota or loli content. Sometimes it can be something like "a 45 year old woman but she looks AND acts like a 10 year old" it's insane the lengths people will go to defend such content just because the author makes their age 60000 years old.

I don't, and hopefully never get acquainted with anyone who reads that. But there's gonna be a supply, as long as there is a demand. You can't get rid of shota/loli content.
