Is losing your v card worth the hype?
I’ve seen plenty of people on social media saying that losing their v card isn’t worth the hype. Is it really something that we should look forward to?? On TikTok especially, there are women who say how it wasn’t enjoyable for them. Or how sex is only about pleasing men. And as a 21 year old virgin, I’m very curious on whether I should be concerned about this. So for all my V card losers. Was your experience worth it?? Do you wish you could take it back?? (Please I need answers, I feel so behind in life. I haven’t even had my first actual kiss yet) And perspectives from women would be highly appreciated !!
Well it does depend on who u are losing it too for me I never used to have any sexual desires until I met my husband and lost my v card to him it made me realise that it's all about how the person treats u during sex (that includes both of ur preferences) but still if u feel like it not worth it then that up to u from my own personal experience if ...... reply
I just have to say, coming from a married person, losing my V card to my husband was the best thing that has happened to me. I think waiting for that moment when you finally meet "the one" was the reason sex felt more intimate rather than just pleasure, it was almost about giving your whole to that person rather than giving less than what they dese...... reply
no. idgaf about that lowk, in my 20s and it made no difference doing it and i dont want to do it again lowk. probably invalid opinion tho since in aroace reply
I don't know if I should even talk as a 23 year old virgin, but I don't think you should rush it. If having sex is what you desire then go on, just DON'T do it just for the sake of it and wait for the right moment when you really want to (as you can see from the other comments, rushing it is not a good idea). HOWEVER what I'm getting at is that if ...... reply
I believe that sex after marriage is better than losing it before having a permanent spouse, cuz I don't want experience it right now even if my mind think so. I'm a GenZ but I wanted to be pure for my future spouse....so yeah it's a no go for me. 2 reply
It wouldn’t be wise to force yourself to have sex if your concern is bc you feel left behind, that already feels like the start of a long-streak of mistakes. That’s your body you’re talking about, don’t be reckless with it. It’s honestly better to get an ugly tattoo by mistake instead of giving your body to somebody else’s care in the n...... reply
The first answer by Uchan is the best and most objective. The important thing is knowing your own pleasure and sexual preferences, which is hard for a virgin, but toys are also really good lol.
If you haven’t done any exploration into your own sexual pleasure, then honestly don’t put so much weight on “losing your v card”. Most of the time...... reply
I lost mine as a child and honestly looking back at it now I seriously don't get the hype, like PLEASE stop normalising losing it or being very experienced popular because I simply think it'll just make younger people curious about it despite lacking knowledge of sex Ed. And as you know, sex ed is seen as something dirty which is NOT true like dawg...... 1 reply
