how do i ACTUALLY lose weight
i have like a 3 month break and i wanna lose weight, like maybe 10 to 15 kgs. i'm female, 5'2 and weigh 66kg and i've actually tried to do a calorie deficit but i don't have a specific app to calculate and my rough estimations are usually not accurate...plus i gave up after a week bc i wasn't seeing results
First of all, you need to pair healthy eating with exercise. If youre a woman please reseach on how to manage your eating bc usually things like regular calorie deficits dont work well and even end up backfiring
If not seeing results in a week makes you lose motivation i would suggest instead of putting "losing xyz kgs" as the goal, you focus in s...... reply
