calorie deficit + being active guarantees weight loss. A 5km walk or 10k steps walk a day is enough to make difference. You can go online to guesstimate your target cals i’m sure there’s sites that can help. don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results straight away, if you are consistent results will show after a couple of weeks to a m......   reply

Oh boy, here we go. Lost over 20kg, still wanting to lose another 20kg. Calorie deficit is the only thing that works. Like, ur only losing weight if you ingest less calories than you use (be it for sports, or your normal existing). Estimating your calories is, how do i put this, the worst thing. Weigh your stuff, a tea spoon (20g) of nutella/pean......   reply

Eating intuitively and a balanced amount can works so well and starving urself is not the answer don't do calorie deficit. Calories deficit can become a road to starvation ngl it can happen cause ur body gets used to the amount u eat so u got to keep cutting n stuff. I dropped weight by just cutting carbs/sugar and switching it for yoghurt and avoc......   2 reply

You won't see fast results. Generally that is how fat is working, results are fast, slow, fast, slow. You have to push through it. Few things. You have to move, exercise, but be careful, some exercises aren't really helpful. I am told protein foods help with weight. So lots of protein. Lots of fruit and juices. If you are actually in bad health, yo......   reply

Nah calorie deficit and exercise is really all there is to it. I'm same height as you, my heaviest was 57kg, I'm down to 50kg now, all from calorie deficit and getting about 10k steps in. This is over a couple months of course, as I don't think significant weight loss in short time is good for you. I didn't use fancy apps or anything, just ate smal......   reply

Don’t eat too little; just maintain a reasonable calorie deficit and stay full enough so you can keep that diet for months. Make sure to eat plenty of good carbs and fats, and definitely a lot of protein since your body doesn’t make those o......   reply

First of all, you need to pair healthy eating with exercise. If youre a woman please reseach on how to manage your eating bc usually things like regular calorie deficits dont work well and even end up backfiring If not seeing results in a week makes you lose motivation i would suggest instead of putting "losing xyz kgs" as the goal, you focus in s......   reply

Cal def. That's really the only way, if you can't maintain your calories, that's when you exercise. You can't target fat, so don't obsess with those how to lose fat here, here, here bs. You can tone the muscles in that area but you won't lose fat there. Just Cal def or portion size if you don't want to stress it out. Stress can make you crave food ......   reply
