do y'all let your cats out??
2 of our cats are strictly indoor-only. the other 4 are allowed outside during the morning when it’s not blazing hot, they don't stray away too far but they still need to be supervised. the other 2 can’t be let out because they’d sprint tf away the moment they get outside ive been telling my mom to get cat leashes for months but she keeps forgetting.
No... she got out as a kitten bc she was so small and matched the color of our floors that we didnt realize she escaped when mom went out to throw the trash, and some stray cat scratched her, and she had light bleeding and limping. 3 years later, she doesnt even do near the front door, and when we carry her out she'll get real aggressive with her s...... reply
My cats are all indoor/outdoor, some like to go outside more than others, but they all sleep inside at night and they’re all fixed so no making babies while out there. reply

When I was about 8, he ended up making his way to the road and got run over an...... reply
I live close to a national park. There are a lot of coyotes and birds of prey in my city so outdoor cats don't last very long out here. So no, even though I really believe cats should be allowed to go outside because it's in their nature to be outside doing things. So I am leash training my cat. reply
