Could be because you are a teen if you are, but check for worms if you are hungry all the time. If the urge is too much even after eating, there's probably an underlying medical condition.   1 reply

Fasting would help stabilize blood sugar so that ur hunger hormones don't kick in every hour Also try not eating sugar or sugary stuff it makes a big difference Try eating alot of protein in your meals and reduce carbs and alot of veggies Make ur meals at the same time everyday Drink alot of water   2 reply

forcing urself not to eat will just worsen it and u might be irritated and agitated. how abt u switch to some healthy alternatives .or try to distract urself with ur work. I heard chia seeds with water helps fill the belly up. but be careful with that. u might need to soak them whole night or at least 2 or 3 hrs before consuming them. but still ik ......   1 reply

I know I often mistake thirst for hunger. Are you drinking enough water? The general recommendation for active people is half your body weight (lbs) in fluid oz. (Ex: if I weigh 120lbs, I need to drink 60floz of water a day to stay hydrated). Also, aim for more protein heavy meals. Protein increases satiation, so you can go longer in between meals.......   1 reply

The more you ruminate on it and shame yourself, the worse the binge will end up being. My advice is to talk to a therapist, a doctor, your family and friends, and stop chastising yourself for eating or for not losing weight. So what ive noticed is your body runs on how you train it. If you cut yourself back to one meal a day at a certain time then your body will be fine UNTIL that time. If I start eating breakfast then if I skip one day my body will be 'wheres food?' Itll be uncomfortable but you gotta just not eat sporadically and after a couple days your body will on......   1 reply

Keto Plan. Never hungry at all. Lost tons weight when I started eating so well. Key is heavy meat protein and good fat on the meat to keep your body fed and cut to very low carb (sugar) intake. Are you getting enough sleep? u can often feel hungrier due to lack of sleep cause sleep deprivation causes ur stomach to secrete hormones which make you think you need more fuel u could also try exercising, u would think by exerting physical effort u'd feel even more hungry but I've found it's lesser than if you would just sit in one place for to......   1 reply
