So im in my pre university phase rn, and im new to actually sitting down and studying.. there's so much more to study than ever before and i have school for like 12 hours, worst thing is i have to come home and study still cause i didn't understand shit in the lectures. TT
Take physical notes when possible in lecture. Or study by handwriting the class notes you took on your computer. Writing notes from lecture is good for base knowledge but if you want to make it stick, reflect on the content. Paraphrase or summarize in your own words and try to make connections.
