Do you talk it out or write it down?

Do you prefer talking about your feelings and thoughts when you’re feeling down, or do you prefer writing or drawing them out?

Personally, I prefer talking it out. Writing everything down can sometimes feel like a chore or a job to me.

Talk it out? TALK? that option is grayed out in my mind console and replaced by a bright red button who says: "Push it down until you forget" I have less than a year trying to understand my feelings with writing and its been complicated. The day to day stuff feels worthless to write down and I have hidden away so many of my problems I don't even r...... 1 reply
