do you ever dread getting replies on here?
over the years ive come to realize theres a lot of people who get defensive when you express opinions on manga/hwa/hua (especially negative), sometimes even coming off as aggressive
i think about this a lot and its probably why i rarely interact on the site
does this just happen to everyone? is there no escape from insufferable people? is it so wrong to be hatepilled towards a piece of work? am i actually just an evil person who is too blunt?
Not really. I don't have attachment to my comments or people's replies. I know I'm right and I will admit fault if proven wrong, otherwise I just ignore people who yap nonsense. Stay unbothered queens and kings 1 reply

In the beginning, yes, I was scared as I didn't want to be seen as someone who always negatively bashes a comic on here.

When I want somebody to reply to my long paragraph to talk more deeply about a resonating story just to get no replies genuinely stabs me in my heart. Is it too much to ask for? 2 reply

That really depends on the kind of negative opinions you're leaving, doesn't it? Obviously everyone should be able to express their thoughts about the content they consume, but there's a pretty big difference between "I don't think the plot of this story is consistent," and "Wow this story is so ass lmao." Both types of comments invite replies, but...... 1 reply
