My beliefs/inclinations are more spiritual than religious. What i think that's after death is "reintegration" with universal source, consciousness or reincarnation. God is not some divided or separate "being" from us; we are in it, we are part of it, and we hold part of it. Let's just say i have some experiences to feel this way. Anyways off topic......   reply

If it's about "responsibility" then it's overwhelm because of not wanting to make mistakes or perfectionism. Overly focusing on results and perfectionism zaps any form of motivation. It's about a mindset change. But in general for tasks it's not so much about motivation but being able to sit with the discomfort. Breaking tasks down to little pieces......   reply

Not to make light of what you're feeling or going through--just, being in your mind a lot can be all-consuming. Hmmm "fighting to maintain comfort of capitalism" feels off. I mean, yes, everyone likes and pursues comfort to some level, and comfort is good to an extent. But it's an overly simplified reason. I think what millionaires and leadership level systems have done a good job with eroding society using capitalism is magnifying disparity and privilege......   reply

Feelings need the time to be acknowledged, tended to--to let go and release. It's not a very linear process. Be present for the feelings that come up; it's okay to still have feelings. If you have a way to cope and vent it helps, like writing. In the meantime, minimize the space they take up in your life. Don't check their socials, photos, messages......   reply

At night i take a bath, do skincare, then some folk magic practices (water glass to end the day). Haha I'm not into realism but there's nothing much to say about the fundamentals other than continuous practice. Like what the other comment said there's no shortcut and with practice you don't aim to get it perfect -- i'd say the best mindset to approach it is to be bold and experiment.
