Like to do anything it's a chemical reaction taking place inside our bodies, in our brains etc. We're like organic machines.
I feel like that's something that shocked me when I learned of it as a child, that when I feel an emotion, that's a hormone being released. So it's not just that me feeling a certain way, it's also a chemical/hormone trigger......

Something that I've come to realize is, I can't just like or trust people for having read lots of stories, even across different genres. Like I can't just trust them whenever they open their mouths in discussions about stories. I feel like on the internet there's more calling out other people and trying to pass a judgement on people and things, where things like trying to build community and communication on empowerment is less observed. Y'know I've gained a new interest since starting to like and support France a bit in this year's World Cup, and that is finding some French BLs. Listening to the French team speak French made me want to consume more French media specifically something with BL. Anyone have recs? :)
