I had almost about 200+ manga/manhwa in my already read list but suddenly everything disappeared...i'm devastated!! I made this brick by brick since 2020... Has anyone experienced this or is it just me???

I blacked out last night and broke my tooth… the lower half of my right central incisor is gone i don’t remember how it happened. I just remember up to a point I probably went fucking crazy on the shots and made a mess out of my friend’s house and broke my tooth while trying to throw up or something. School starts in four days I hope I don’t have to go to school toothless omg (im a 12th grader) Everything is going to shit, my mom thinks i need to see a psychiatrist (there are other stuff too) and i lowk agree

How much is the chance that Reading list, I want to read list, and Already read list will be back in no time? Mine is more than 300 on going reads, not sure for I want to read, and already read but one thing is for sure, I cannot remember them all. My bookmark is only one, which makes me sad big time! I read that a lot of users experience the same thing and please can you help me ease this feeling that I needed to go back from the very start because I don't have offline list for me to able to find out if there is/are updates to those stories I am currently reading.

I don't care how long, I am alright as long as there is a little bit assurance that those list will be back. Please give me some good news.
