I would hope the anime would be up to the manga's standard because I know some anime don't really match to the manga's quality and it gets a bit disheartening. Definitely Honto Yajuu! also Akihabara Fall in Love and Sore o Koigokoro to Yobu no Nara. I could also see Nakamura Asumiko's Boys Love be adapted as a charming short OVA, too.

A really dark background/history of whichever character (ex. Domestic violence, abused, sexual assault/abused, bullied) when it's really really dark that it affected the character mentality or emotionally, influencing them to do all sorts of shit or enjoying being violated.
Or when (in some mangas) they're overly (too overly) tsundere..... Or they...... reply
