So in my religion, girls can't pray when they're on their period. So basically, I was living in a dormitory during high school, and I hadn't prayed in about two weeks because I had/ PCOS (I didn't know at the time that was why). My religious studies teacher didn't believe me.

Most if not all manhwas are made in Korea and seeing as to how racist koreans are it's not too surprising to not see any black or poc characters.
