I've had depression, did self-harm and had serious suicidal thoughts. I was really tempted to many times. Once I reeeeeeally came close to doing it, but couldn't do it. My mental health eventually got better. If you're reading his and are going through a similar experience then I hope you get, even just a little, better. thx for reading luv u all!
