i do agree with you...in general I'm just into guys with long hair so maybe that translates to characters in stories I read. I also absolutely hate characters that look like children but aren't (loli characters). Like why is a 50 year old lady 4 ft tall and has a baby face... reply
I really don’t like slicked back hair, and a lot of the MCs have that style, but for some reason the one character that really bothered me for the longest time was Daejun from Monochrome Rumor. I’ve known for a long time from reading the comments of people who’ve read the novel that he’s endgame, but I just couldn’t get behind his design...... reply
This part right here is the reason I love janka so much, this fight scene in the anime feels extremely intimate too especially with Zeno’s voice acting for jabber. The “ohhhhh zanka…” line that jabber says has me giggling every time.random panels from their fight now 4 reply
boring brown hair, brown eyes on ukes, or black hair black eyes on ukes. Sometimes uke designs are simple and plain, especially compared to the ML, and I find it lame. I want it cooler!!! Unique-r! Mystical! Fantastical! I want the MLs to be the plain, average ones, and ukes unique looking reply
I'm gonna be the odd person here and agree with you, but it's only because I just don't like long hair in general. I'm not a fan of anything below the shoulders. It's my least favorite physical trait that every freaking FL has and I avoid all BLs that have long-haired love interests. I HATEEEE when manhwas draw men super muscular like just unreasonably muscular. And not even in a fun stylized way, I love stylized exaggerated muscles, but when u can tell they're tryna keep it semi realistic but it's just so over the top it becomes uncanny. Like the person who said six packs, hateee super defined six packs. Can we get some subtle...... 4 reply
That's why i almost stopped reading manhwas and, started reading manhuas instead. Then, i read all the best ones.
Now, i am only reading danmei for the last few months.
I am not hooked on manhwas as i used to be. I just follow some ongoing titles that i have been following since long. reply
This is hard because i dont have much hate for the character design elements, more so if they dont make sense with the character.
Netural take: Fat characters losing weight and the artist doesnt draw it realistically. Some fat is still going to be there, especially in the arms and stomach.

Six packs. I hate seeing six packs. Disgusting. It looks so unnatural.
I know people have six packs in real life, but does every single male character need to have them? There is no way a middle aged salaryman that sits on his ass all day has a six pack.

Yes fs, after reading good plots it's a real hunt to find manga/hwa/Hua with a good plot not a repeated and recycled story line.
