It really isn’t that hard to write characters who consent. And why is everything tagged “psychological” now? I don’t know where people got the idea that psychological = rape. You can write manipulation, obsession, trauma, toxic relationships, etc. without relying on sexual assault every time. It gets repetitive

The example you gave are qualities and preferences you want in a partner, not standards. People tend to confuse somebody's standards as an expectation that should be met. And people confuse their own expectations as a standard people should abide by.

Tardigrades (microscopic eight legged creatures) can survive the vacuum of space. Makes you think. They aren't aliens but certain creatures can adapt to survive in conditions not familiar/survivable to humans.
