Need help finding a Sukufushi fanfic

I need help finding a sukufushi (sukuna x megumi) fanfic on ao3 that I thought I bookmarked but didn't.
It was an omegaverse, no curses AU, where megumi attends a private academy for omegas only. Megumi is friends with geto and nobara (his age) at this school. I remember in the beginning, megumi's neighboring school (a private academy for alphas) were going to start attending megumi's school to share its facilities since the snow shut down the power at their school.
That's just the beginning, but I know that's not how megumi and sukuna meet, sukuna is older and is like a part of some crime ring or something like that. This fic also features gojo x geto (and past geto x toji). Complicated relationships and all that.
Oh and toji is a part of sukuna's crime thing and is VERY protective of megumi bc in the past, tsukami (megumi's sister) died bc of an attack, trying to protect megumi from being kidnapped. And megumi watched the whole thing and ended up in a hospital.
I'd really appreciate if someone game me the title. Oh, and I think that the title had something to do with the seasons or 'equinox'. I think.

it's literally nothing big this guy just feels offended by my existence
