Not sure if this is less known but I havent seen anyone talking about it. But when the wife or romantic partner of the ML is some sort of evil wicked witch of the west which allows the ML to get with the sweet, kind, amazing, wonderful MC. And it could be interesting if it wasn’t used as an excuse for the ML to get with the MC reply

Not really a trope but the pale fl and tanned (grey) ml. Basically suggesting colorism and sometimes racism that later becomes misogynistic as women need to appeal to the aesthetic men prefer. You don’t see the opposite in manhwas which makes my point stand that women are a target to colorism. reply
When the story starts off with an empowering fmc fighting to resolve a conflict and then the main conflict gets resolved by a man. And I’m ngl hetero romance in general, it’s idealistic and often falls into many stereotypes about woman. (I’m not straight phobic okay )
