After rereading, both of them have flaws n traumas tbh.
Lee doesn't want marriage and is scared of commitment because he grew up seeing his mom sacrificed so much for love just to be abandoned and left alone. But he has lots of love to give (take from his mom), can be seen through how he cares about morality, justice and well being of other people. BUT again, he always has 1 foot out whenever he's in romantic relationships, always expecting to leave right away.
Caesa, he literally raised himself lmfao. Imagine born rich but your mom was just a tool to give birth and for political power then she's just non existence to you. Then your dad let you fetch and raise yourself your whole life as a test because he only sees you as a successor and a tool to maintain bloodline n generational power. He was literally only taught to kill and be a perfect mafia, NOT TO BE A HUMAN. So Lee coming to his life, the 1st genuine person ever to him, he's scared of losing him because in his world, what's the % that he'd be able to meet someone like Lee again? And he obviously can see how avoiding Lee can be so he wants more commitment with him as much as possible.
And you can see a change here, before Caese would hurt Lee physically to keep him by his side, now, he rather hurt himself so he can keep him using psychological manipulation cz he doesn't want to see him get hurt.

I ain't gonna comment abt how ppl view ML even if they see him as trash BUT Why y'all act so surprised? He turned off all his emotions, feeling etc everything and has been living in denial since his mom died.
Even before knowing the source of his trauma, he has been straightforward abt his wants, which includes sex without any attachments or feelings.
For his friend, he's the one who approached 1st and had been making the effort to maintain his friendship w ML so with how broken ML already is, it'd make sense for him to feel bad once he died (it's like how ppl won't appreciate or see the effect if they have never seen or be in a life without it)

The freaking industry is disgusting if you know its dark side. Moreover, 90%+ of showbiz mlm stories always make the bottom rock bottom and has to tolerate bs. I hate how they make them all so dependent and so weak

Lmao some ppl may feel bad for the director but different not me. Who cares if he overworked himself to forget his sadness etc, he still couldn't handle rejection. Instead of working on himself or working on how to make a new start with Nan (By proving he's changed n he loves Nan), he literally just forced his ways, his money and his privileges to get Nan.
The director didn't and still hasn't cared abt Nan's needs, wants or feelings. He's only sad by the details n the facts because it would save him so much time n effort if he noticed them sooner.
Some ppl r so easily persuaded by money to feel more sorry for him than for Nan

For ppl who r upset abt Sasya. Pls don't look at the situation one sided. Both made wrong moves and mistakes. Karl fell for a stranger because of his appearance, his obsession almost made him r*pe Sasya. He cared abt Sasya but he also only thought of his own needs (like Sasya w his dream of dancing but Karl is more in his fantasy world).
He was very controlling, like he did everything without even asking Sasya or seeing how he's doing, asking his mental health etc.
And Sasya, he's literally traumatized and couldn't trust ppl cz his upbringing n his appearance, he only knew and thought of dancing. And when Karl didn't support his dream or his need and just did everything without asking him, he just felt trapped. N since he's so unstable and ofc he gonna think negatively and do stupid things.
At the end of the day, both of them just followed their dreams, but at the cost of hurting one another. Karl w his dream of living happily w Sasya and Sasya w his dream of becoming a dancer, a performer

Aside from the 3some n the smut. I find the uke pretty interesting, it's like he doesn't have real feelings for anyone, his true feelings are only shown through acting, he sees everything and everyone as a game (especially when he's so good at acting). I also think he's sick with most ppl's true nature (in entertainment industry where ppl can be fake etc and "backdoor" stuff happens) so that's why he was surprised and got interested in the actor guy

Be prepared, the seme is kinda an asshole. He's already in love with someone else (Nicolas, the uke's brother's lover). He only sees the uke as his sex friend and he doesn't remember the first time they met (when they first kissed). To him, he's only having sex with the uke because he was asked to by Nicolas. Therefore, basically he's having sex for himself n Nicolas, he doesn't really think much about the uke. Him beinh gentle is like his personality? Just think of a charming gentle character who acts caring but doesn't actually care or love you. This is all I know from a short review of the novel.

The uke also falls in love with the uke and later finds out abt the truth (he was about to confess his feeling then heard the seme's conversation where the seme kept stressing "we are only sex partners/ I'll keep being gentle to my sex partner till the deal end"). The seme is his first love

This makes me think of Killing Stalking all over again except they're playing "a game" of killing ppl (the uke is trying to escape tho). And the uke ain't get abused (but threatened) lol
