I've been thinking, is it possible that the original couple did not stay together or were unfaithful? Those affected every 100 years are direct descendants. If that's the case it means that the original couple each had sex with women and later had children. If they had remained faithful or together this could not have happened. Or did their families force them apart and into marriage for the sake of heirs? But either way it remains the same, that those affected are direct descendants and wouldn't be alive if their predecessors had only been with each other. Even the strange teacher who is a spirit of the games wondered why no one questioned how there are direct descendants if they had only each other. （￣へ￣）
The paradox is suppose to be that no reincarnation has yet to ever live through the trials. They all have so far died, thus if they all have died, how could they have descendants. I want to say it's because they all have families that continue the line. It was stated that Ono is "playing his role" as the cousin and there will always be other people involved who are not cursed to die.

Many people are getting upset over Sunbae's marriage but let's be real, things like this happen a lot in yaoi, so I don't understand the upset. Some see it as a betrayal but, it's also possible that he's getting married for the prestige or security. In many manga especially yaoi, they get married to secure a job or for promotion or because family and work pressures them towards it, or to secure a beard because they believe that being discovered will ruin them. I'm sure we've all read some where this happened and they were forced to give up who they truly wanted because they felt like they couldn't control their own lives, only to end up with the guy they really love through an affair, after divorce or death of the partner. I'm not saying they should be together cause to be honest, both semes are weird ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

When I first read the second story it was a one shot of the second chapter so I didn't understand. Now having read all three I do. So Mei met a twin, gradually both fell in love with him, he chose the girl Sato, the boy Sato (Iida) was upset over his unrequited love. He wanted Mei and purposely kissed him when he knew his sister would walk in because he wanted to hurt her for having what he desired. Upset over what she saw, she killed herself (overreacting much?) Mei fell in love with the twin boy Iida, however the remaining twin never made a move out of guilt, instead he goes out with Maisato's (the third Sato, a nickname given by Mei) boyfriend Akira, stealing him, funnily enough Maisato's boyfriend Akira was just using him as a substitute since he actually liked Iida. Maisato recognizes that the one who stole his boyfriend likes Mei, so he tricks and seduces Mei into going out with him out of revenge looking to steal what he loved from him as well. Iida understands this and that's why he looks at Mei and Maisato's love with pity. The twist is that Mei, who was in love with Iida fell out of love with him for the new Sato aka Maisato, Maisato also fell in love despite his initial idea of using him only for revenge. Iida seeing this recognizes that he has officially lost Mei as Mei no longer loves him, he's been completely replaced by Maisato, Akira comforts him and he realizes that he loves Akira and that he could have a good relationship with him. The end! Put simply, Iida stole Akira from Maisato so Maisato stole Mei and each couple fell in love.
Pretty spot on. Only thing I'd change is that female Sato killed herself because when the kiss happened, Mei had no idea that Iida felt that way but once he realized his feelings he couldn't ignore them and started loving him instead( http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/beautiful_days/mf/v01/c007/8/) . So her POV probably had the mix of 'omg Mei doesn't love me' mixed with 'holy crap there's no way my bro and I can both be happy now' (guessing since they knew each other so well and she probably immediately thought of the pain her brother had during their relationship like Mei had). That page also has her saying 'I understand' a lot even though it doesn't look like Mei said he loved her brother but it looks like she came to the conclusion herself pretty quick considering she ended her life that night. So I'm not sure if I'd characterize that in particular as overreacting. It's a lot of sh*t to process..
I think you're wrong. Looks like Mei also fell out of love with the 3rd sato. Just sad. you can see it from Page 21-23 of chap 7.

Nope, he was talking about falling out of love for Iida, he's slowly forgetting him. It's why he Misato became clearer to Mei because Iida was not as important anymore.
The uke reminds me a lot of the one from Sex Friends in the way they love sex and are comfortable with their bodies. I prefer this uke though. He doesn't give his partner some bullshit excuse like I'm broken just so he can have sex with other guys. Atleast this one is honest with his emotions and doesn't use an excuse like I'm broken to justify sleeping around. He acknowledges that sex feels good and he likes that pleasure, plain and simple and knows a good thing when he sees it and doesn't let it get way, he's deserving of his partner. The uke from Sex Friends doesn't deserve the amazing guy he got, but hey, the heart wants what the heart wants, even that which is worst for it.
I'm really tired of the way Haru is jerking Ren around. Just decide already if you love him or not. How many times does he have to go back and forth between hating him and blaming him for the deaths of his parents and being possessive and lovey dovey. Ren could have gone to Switzerland and practiced science and get a head start on a good life, and he gave it up to stay with Haru, its like Haru is his boulder tying him down. If Haru truly loved him he could faithfully wait a few years for Ren, or better yet pack up and go with him for a chance. Anyway I knida prefer Ren with Akira anyway, I think they would be a good couple. I haven't given up on Haru yet though, but he needs to get his shit in order, stop blaming Ren and for once be the one to leave his life behind for him instead of Ren always being the only one. I agree with you. It pisses me off when he does that. I'd rather Ren be with Akira or someone else who actually cherishes Ren and not yank his chain.

Well, if Haru did pack up and went together with Ren, as the good and smart kid Ren is, he'd feel bad for Shima and Aki, since those two wants to live with Haru. Besides, there are the other people who helped Haru and all, they should be taken into consideration. Though I do agree with you with everything you've said. It is an incredible opportunity that should not be put down.
To be very honest, I am not even shipping haru x Ren anymore, I am more for Akira x Ren already. Haru pisses me off badly and all that blaming thing makes me want to punch him. Ren deserves better.
