Ofcourse, just find what you want to read or have already read or wish to read and put a review and done. You restore all your things but if you wait a little things will come back again, dev are trying their best.

Sorry, besides Hwang Mi-ri/Han Yu-ran, the only black and white manhwa artists I can remember are Lee So Young, Lee Eun Young, and Lee Hyeon-Sook. I don't recall any of those 3 having a story similar to the one you're looking for.
