This story deals with some heavier topics such as prostitution, drug use and assassination, which are all twisted through the main plotline and romance. It can be intense to read, as our main character goes through so much trauma it occasionally broke my immersion in the story. It's completed, though, and the pair of male leads are both good for each other in terms of companionship, despite the large age gap, it's just a little uncomfortable I think?

Not to discredit the first couple, but their story almost felt like an introduction to the second couple, just comparing the stakes and depth of story. The pacing is very slice of life, but starts to feel more cohesive later on. There are many cliches, but my feet were kicking regardless lol
This is on the more realistic side of a shoujo plot, with characters who grow and change and an interesting romance development. Our main character can be a little frustrating sometimes but overall is fun to watch. High stakes, with gorgeous art. A very worthwhile read for fans of this genre :)
This plot is the juiciest mystery I've come across in a while. The twists and turns are addictive and very character-driven in a common horror/slasher setting. It's fascinating to see how parts of the past are revealed through broken memories with a unique system. A little graphic.. but I'm hooked
