Okay, this has been on my mind for a while now, and I just GOTTA let it out.
My fellow YBC lovers, especially Yaguchi X Toonu shippers, it has become increasingly evident that Toonu and Kashima are most probably going to be endgame.
Of course I don't mind, I'm not going to throw a whole fit if Kashima gets the prize...but I would have DEFINITELY preferred Yaguchi X Toonu.
It's obvious Toonu and Kashima will end up together because, first off Tanaka already introduced a second love interest for Yaguchi (if/when?) things don't work out with Toonu. That is Tamura.
Second off, the kiss between Kashima and Toonu in one of the latest chapters was probably all I needed to know about where their relationship is going to.
Now why would I have preferred Toonu to end up with Yaguchi over Kashima?
It's simple;
The dynamic between Toonu and Yaguchi is far more interesting, at least in my opinion. I don't want to sound rude or dissing to others with a dissimilar opinion, and I totally get why other folks are Kashima X Toonu shippers... but, honestly... Kashima and Toonu as a ship is low-key boring in comparison with Toonu X Yaguchi (in my opinion) ...like right from the start Kashima had a huge crush on Toonu... but in Yaguchi's case, we got to slowly watch him grow attached to Toonu to the point of having a crush on him too...plus, we can all agree Yaguchi had more Character development , from a fake ass closetted rude boy to someone who accepts himself for who he is and learns to appreciate others.
I just feel like the payoff of watching Yaguchi and Toonu get together would be more satisfying.
Don't get me wrong, I love and vibe with Toonu X Kashima as well... Kashima is such a yearner and he's hella reliable as well, plus it's obvious he cares for Toonu deeply, but, I just prefer Toonu X Yaguchi...
Come to think of it, it all low-key boils down to how you perceive Toonu, as top material or as a total bottom. He gives bottom vibes, obviously...and I was thinking that even if he DID end up with Yaguchi, he'd still be bottom... but the problem is, Yaguchi gives bottom vibes too so...
In summary, Toonu and Kashima, prolly endgame...like 99% possibility at this point, but I would have loved Toonu X Yaguchi as endgame too.

depends. anything that's rarity becomes nice. back then dark hair tops were popular and hence sasunaru was popular and now a days blonde seme are in so narusasu is popular;)
I don't think so. It's more about the preference of what the readers like. Black-haired tops are a classic from way back, because blonde hair is usually used to describe a Yankee in old manga, or like a thug. black hair was used to give a mafia, or proper businessman look. But in the end, their attractiveness depends on how the artist portrays them.
I am more of a light-haired Seme person, though.
Personally, I think preference and what you associate with those colors help to decide which you like more. Black hair is classic, since most people have dark/black hair. Blonde or light hair is more new, in the sense it was not as common until now. Plus, blonde can be used for the westernized “popular jock/jerk” trope, or golden retrievers. Black hair can be seen as feline, or cold. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Might be taken as a hot take kinda thing, but a good percentage of the time I read a BL mangwahua (esp manhwa) where there are essentially two love interests (seme edition)...I almost ALWAYS find myself gravitating more towards the second ML/competition for first ML and actually rooting for him more.

This might sound like a silly question but how do I upload a new manhwa on this site that I've translated?
The only way to do it as an individual is to email the mangago team with all of the info needed (title, alterntive title, author, genres, etc – everything you see in a manga/manhwa's entry) along with a link to download the files you have; preferably a comprehensive folder with separate chapters and cover image, etc.
This, however, seems to be unreliable as of recently. It seems there is a high chance for the mods to end up ignoring your email. Still, you could try if you want to.

Another way is to simply wait for the title to be ripped from another site onto here, and then upload your chapters after the bot releases.

Yes, it’s very much possible in fact it’s a lot more common than you think especially with religious women. They’re usually Christian or Muslim. They always say that they cannot support gay men because it’s against their religion or straight up homophobic but love consuming queer media because to them gay men are not real people with struggles. Guys, is something wrong with me? Why the hell am I so anti straight romance in action manga?
And the thing is, I'm straight myself so I don't know why I struggle so much with continuing a storyline (specifically action) that has full blown romance (I'm not talking about subtle romantic gestures, I'm talking kissing, fuqin, dedicating chapters on end to romantic development and shit like that)
Like I get so fuqin icked out and immediately drop any stories with full blown romance, no matter how good the story is, and that's a problem for me.
I've thought about it a lot and I guess I can at least give myself a soft landing by saying, no...I don't expect an author to change their story for my sake, yes I am aware head canons are head canons and not CANON at all, no I don't throw a whole fit of rage when a confirmation of main straight romance in an action story I'm reading drops.
I just find it very difficult to go ahead with the story when stuff get steamy between MC and some girl, but if I really love the manga, I'll do my best to skip out anything that even has to do with the couple.
Don't get me wrong though, I don't hate ALL straight romance in action, I just prefer it being super subtle, also, I can handle side characters being all lovey dovey but when it comes to the MC, I'm just like...nah (It's also ridiculous cuz I fuq with romance in action when the MC is a girl, but not when it's a guy...talk about bias)
I properly acknowledged this as an issue (with myself) when I found myself actually icking at one of my favourite manhwa, all because MC (apparently) got kissed by love interest in most recent chapter (it's actually Eleceed I'm talking about so yeah) and now I almost feel like discontinuing the manhwa for something like that (even tho it's literally cause for celebration)...I think I need therapy guys.
I think there should be subtlety of romantic stuff with MCs in the course of storyline ; (I mean it's okay if they get together in the end Of)
