i also just wanted to check-in; i was originally going back to fix any errors in previous chapters, but have since become completely engrossed in fully redoing old chapters, as i'm not happy with my older translations or cleaning. initially, i was rushing because i only really intended my friends to read this and was overwhelmed by the volume of chapters. but now that i'm on the other side and have gotten better at translating korean to english and am more willing to take the time required for proper cleaning, i'm spending any time outside of translating new chapters kind of "remastering" old ones. i'm up to chapter 44 now, so if you are someone who has started reading this more recently and notice a drop in quality between older chapters and newer ones, that's why. and if you're a reader who has been here longer, that's why you see the older chapters getting updated so frequently. any extras are unfortunately going to take a backseat to this as well.

I’ve seen before when someone else posts the same chapter usually with caption saying “better quality” or “fixed translation” etc. so maybe you could too? Not uploading over those chapters but just adding it to the list.…
If you want an example of what I mean check out The Hunter Wants to Live Quietly. The official uploads there are fine but the list of uploads by fan translation have double chapters saying “better quality” (ch. 15 - 18 along with others). These have all been uploaded by someone other than the original uploader so I’m hoping you could do the same??? I don’t mean to pressure you or anything but myself and a lot of other people are loving this series and are truly grateful for your efforts to bring it to us!!! It would be great if ch. 1 - 11.5 were of a better quality also. Again, thank you for what you have already translated. Hope I’ve done the link correctly otherwise just search the name :)

after receiving some official merchandise (which I highly recommend purchasing if you'd like to support the author), they spell "클라렌" as Clarin instead of Claren. so going forward, if that name is mentioned, I will be spelling it accordingly. after I'm caught up, I plan on going back and correcting a few things, so that will be taken care of in previous chapters then.

yeah cruger is a pretty archaic german spelling nowadays, and i've never seen it spelled crueger outside of this, but any time i see anything official confirming an english spelling that's what I'll go with. so his will appear differently going forward too, along with his first name.

hi morgie here. u could have literally just let me know instead of publicly linking my account. i posted these before seeing sages post, up until then ive been removing most of the translation but i assumed 1-2 words would be fine. but again you could have just let me know and educated why its not.., since then i went thru my posts and deleted a lot of them so these ones u linked were just the ones i missed.

just wanted to check in since there are many, many more readers now than when i started updating this a couple weeks ago.
i do all the translating, cleaning, typesetting etc. by myself, and that is the way i prefer to do it. all things considered, i think i'm going pretty fast! lol
if i can maintain the pace i'm currently at- which i expect to do- i should be caught up to the current, weekly releases by around the second week of august.
here is a rough idea of when you can expect new chapters:
monday through thursday, between 5pm and 10 pm eastern time. usually about 2-3 chapters.
friday, between 5pm and 2 am.
saturday, honestly depending on how busy i am, i sometimes post every few hours all day between 8 am and 2 am. especially if i'm excited to get to the next chapter.
sunday, once again it's reliant on my personal schedule, but potentially every couple hours all day between 8 am and 10 pm.
depending on the chapter length and amount of dialogue, it takes me about 2-3 hours for each chapter, and i upload them as soon as i'm done proofreading.

i’ve seen the topic of heejae and garam’s age brought up a few times, with people wondering how big the gap is/how old the characters are. chapter 201 was posted today and implies garam was born between 1999 and 2000. and the professor was around 1979 give or take a year.
