I used to follow Kizu Natsuki Sensei’s work from her doujinshi days and through her early manga releases. Given was such a let-down; to this day, I find it hard to swallow the fact that she mishandled the Aki/Haru story so completely. They had so much potential—she crafted one of the best couple storylines, yet she dismissed their relationship too hastily. Instead of fully developing their bond in well-disclosed chapters, she rushed their reconciliation through fragments and bits, leaving their story feeling incomplete....She built up the drama beautifully, but the ending felt hurried and abrupt, as if she rushed through the resolution without giving it the proper attention. It’s frustrating not to see their story unfold fully and earn the conclusion it deserved.
I still feel heartbroken that their relationship wasn’t given the care and depth it needed.....
Still, I'm glad she received more recognition after this work.
"Omg" is defo the word that sums up my reactions after every chapter Σ(っ°Д °;)っ!
I'm SO GLAD Uno decided to go against Enzo's wish cause w.t.f, who the hell does he thinks he is just because he's part of the mob (╬ Ò﹏Ó) ??!
I said last time that it wasn't jealousy but more Enzo fancying getting drunk with power and abusing his authority, and I was right !
But for real, I'm getting more and more impatient to see him stumble after realizing Uno is not the chess piece he thought he was gonna be ~ You go Rian (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Fingers crossed for baby Uno's safety though !ଘ(੭ˊTᵕTˋ)੭*
Seriously, Enzo still hasn't fallen for him and is THIS scary, I can't even imagine how scarier he's gonna get (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
I really love Uno's stubborn ass, but he just seems so innocent in comparison. And it's kind of cute how he puffs out his chest, whenever he feels defensive. Like, my man, try to act a little harder to read!
I would have preferred if the author focused on one couple at a time rather than giving us bits and pieces of each in alternating chapters, especially with the new 4-chapter hiatus now !
Like, switching between couples repeatedly when we're so immersed in a particular love story tends to kill the momentum and reduces the overall tension, making it not as exciting at all !
Personally, I don't have much attachment to the first couple, but I know many fans do so it's inconvenient for both sets of fans to look forward to the next release only to find that it's not about the couple they were expecting....Additionally, since the first couple's story was fully developed in the first season, their subsequent side scenarios at least feel coherent. However, with the second couple's plot starting in the second season and their interactions being sporadic, their storyline feels jumbled and superficial thanks to this fragmented approach...
So really, as someone who is particularly invested in the second couple, I would rather have the author completely finish the storyline with Eun Oh and his boyfie in this volume before shifting focus to Joohyuk's story in a third season or a separate manhwa.
Cause, right now, the way the story is split feels messy and underwhelming...
Couldn't agree more I so love the second couple and I'm not very interested in the first couple I get disappointed when the new chapter is about the first couple and not joohyuk and woojin so I wish the author could at least finish the first couple story so that we really have the story of the second couple
For those who are curious, the tension between them won't ease, and the misunderstandings and complex feelings will remain the same if not pile up, then there will be a flashback to Haewon's past this time ..... ╥﹏╥
Especially Yun Oh ! At first, he was being clingy and trying to get into Haewon's pants by any means, and now that he's got what he wanted and Haewon's genuinely trying his best, he's feeling insecure and having second thoughts... I get it, but come on, talk—share what's bothering you with him at least !!
Now I can guess the reason behind the chase scene in the 1st chapter, 100% chance Uno went back to using his front part again for one of the missions, which I hope he will ! Like, who's Enzo to restrain you baby ?! Show him who's the boss èwé (and protect that ass until he repents) !
Anyway, Enzo seems more controlling than jealous to me, power tripping much, and he enjoys it cause that's the kind of sadistic little sh*t he is ~ Wait until you fall for Adrian for good (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I sure DID ! I posted a long rant about how the cycle of r*pe continues, and how it's even more disgusting now with Tehir gaslighting Kimoto -who is in a very vulnerable state and not doing well at all- into thinking he'll give him lots of love and that they shouldn't call it r*pe from now on, but wtf ?? Like, if he really cared about him, he sure as hell wouldn't indulge into having s*x first thing after hearing the confession, when Kimoto was clearly weak and in a bad state of mind even shunning himself for a week, especially since Tehir clearly doesn’t reciprocate those feelings and only cares about the power and superiority he feels he’s regained after thinking he lost everything upon the incident...
I can't like Tehir for shits, and that's why if he ends up with any of the characters i'd feel like barfing ~ So I prefer dropping the story now before it's too late !
I've read the raws, and followed the Korean fandom’s discussions and theories, sadly, I’m seriously considering dropping this webtoon, despite initially really enjoying the story and its potential—which now seems to be wasted given how things have been unfolding lately.
For various reasons, and since Jin x Charin will never be endgame, the current direction of the story doesn’t align with what I was looking for in a good sci-fi series so I think I’ll just let this one go.
Anyway, if I have time to explain in more detail, I’ll do so in another comment (or under this one) ~
P.S 1 : I didn't think this would result on so many demands. To the ones who asked under my previous post, I'll answer thoroughly in separate messages, under this one !
P.S 2 : Don't share any links under my post please, I don't think links are allowed since it happened in the past for my comments to be deleted for this reason !
So, if you want to share links, please do so but not under my topic !
I'm sorry for the delay in my response, but I wanted to address Tehir's second attempt at r*ping Kimoto — which was only teased previously—so I waited for this week's chapter to get released before being able to discuss it.
There are several reasons I'm considering dropping this webtoon, though I won't be going on into all of them, instead, I’d like to point out some key points.
**SPOILER WARNING BEFORE YOU CONTINUE**
**CONTAINS SPOILERS**
First, we're nearing the end of the second season, yet little has truly progressed in the story, since most events are presented as flashbacks or past memories and the current ongoing plot, which is set in the present, offers only brief glimpses, so as a result of that the relationships between characters haven't developed much yet, which is is unfortunate since because of it the author relies heavily on r*pe scenes for sexual content. Aside from the one consensual scene between Jin and Chaerin (I won't even consider mentioning Lim and Ael since they're barely part of the story atp and we very rarely get to see them), most sexual encounters involve r*pe ! We saw this in the first season with Hyehan and Chaerin, and now in this 2nd season, it's happening once again with Tehir and Kimoto (Tehir trying to r*pe Kimoto a second time when he was the most vulnerable and at his lowest, then trying to gaslight him, after Kimoto confessed to him his feelings, into thinking that they'll be making love instead and that it was not gonna be r*pe...)
Since the story doesn’t show much real-time development, the relationships between characters seem stagnant and there's no real reason for them to f*ck yet, so whenever the author chooses to include a sex scene, it often turns into another instance of non-consensual violence/r*pe. And while I understand that such themes can serve a purpose in storytelling, relying non-stop on r*pe for the s*xual scenes diminishes their impact and feels increasingly gratuitous....
Additionally, the overall story feels like it's going nowhere, continuously backtracking or stagnating rather than finding a balance between the use of analepsis and giving importance to advancing the plot in the present. And as a result, there is a lack in meaningful progress in character development and relationships (almost 2 seasons already and nothing has nearly changed between the main characters : they are living the same misunderstandings from 10 years ago without any change, minus Jin who is forever clueless about who even these people are).
It’s a never-ending back-and-forth with the narrative circling around the same themes and conflicts without ever truly progressing, leading to a sense of aimlessness, despite occasional attempts to move forward it's still not very effective (like, what do you mean Garon is now in love with Hyehan ? Why ? For what ? The plot is going everywhere ! and thus nowhere at the same time...). Seriously, the story would need to break free from this cycle, focus a little bit more on present-day developments and build upon new elements in a way that would drive the plot forward. Otherwise, it all seems somewhat fruitless...
Finally, to answer the question everyone's been wondering about : who are the endgames ?
But before I dive in, keep in mind that everything I’m about to say is a blend of the author’s statements, Q&A, the storyline, the Korean fandom’s discussions and theories—so nothing is set in stone, however, this seems to be the most probable outcome.
I'm not even sure nor do I know if there would be more than one couple, but the one I'm mainly going to be discussing is who Jin is going to end up with !
Once again, Lim and Ael are out of the picture, for very obvious reasons. Now, the author having previously stated that the endgame couples are going to be between the Sunnyside Daycare classmates, unless they change their mind about it, Jin and Charin are not gonna happen sadly (My Shayla ! TT^TT)....
So now, who will be Jin's love interest among Garon, Kimoto, and Tehir ? So far, Garon's interactions with Jin have mainly involved wanting to f*ck him (since he's always aroused and acts as a universal impregnator *side eye*), or training and battling alongside him, which are irrelevant to the romance. And currently, Garon is madly in love with Hyehan (eew).
I could have just moved on to the main point without mentioning Garon to be honest, but I just wanted to briefly comment on him too, so yes, he's also out !
Now, truth be told, the plot mainly revolves around the trio of Jin, Kimoto, and Tehir (who are connected across past, present, and future. We've seen it before, and you'll get to see it again in the upcoming chapters), and although we got all that Jin-Charin backstory in the 1st season, its purpose was different; it may have been foreshadowing, and in that sense, we've been misled :'( ...(I've been misled T^T)
Anyway, there's a bond linking Jin, Kimoto, and Tehir, and now we'll explore who among these two might end up with Jin. In the next chapters, we'll discover that Jin and Kimoto both originate from the same monster—though this was only briefly disclosed, so many details remain unclear. All we know is that they weren't born from an artificial womb like others (i guess ?), which could explain why Jin liked Kimoto as a child, since he practically knew him. However, it's not stated that they are brothers, which they are really not, it's more complicated than that, and putting a name on what they are seems very puzzling, since one of them emerged from the monster's heart (Jin) and the other one from its brain (Kimoto); one thing for sure is that their relationship remains ambiguous. And this uncertainty makes it unlikely that their connection will be rooted in love.
Now, remains Tehir....Many clues suggest he might be Jin’s final love interest (sadly... I hate this piece of sh*t) All the Charin drama, along with his similarities and doppelgänger-like connection to Tehir, seems to have been designed to bring Jin and Tehir together in the end, or so the majority believes.
Additionally, the author mentioned in a past Q&A that if a character (A) ’s romantic role is established with another character (B), it won’t change unless they’re paired up with a third character (C) : For example, Tehir is a top when he's with Kimoto, and that role won't change (there's no switching) unless he's with someone else, in which case he might become the bottom. And honestly, that felt like a hint towards future pairings, possibly and most likely with Jin and Tehir.
On another note, and since we're on the subject, I want to share some insights from the Korean fandom. Some fan theories seem plausible but also pretty messed up but the possibility of it happening is infuriating me, and if it turns out to be true, I'm officially out —better sooner than later lol (not really lol.. !) I’ve been rooting for Hyehan to bring Charin back because he’s my ultimate fave, even though I knew Charin wouldn’t end up with Jin, I still wanted him to return. But if the story is heading in the direction the fans are thinking it will—just leave the man dead ! Well, Some fans are theorizing that Charin’s return would be solely to be merged with Tehir, making him inherit his womb and reproductive abilities, so he can be bred... And, really, if Charin’s comeback is just a plot device for Jin to end up with Tehir as a wifey, then—f*ck it !
Lastly, the "The End" in my title refers to my decision to stop following this webtoon, not the actual story’s ending, which is still ongoing. The story has taken a direction that’s far from my expectations. I really enjoyed it at first and recommended it to many people, but now it no longer brings me joy nor does it live up to its potential.
So unless things improve and get back on track, I’m saying farewell to the Sunnyside Daycare Classmates ~
You really truly were loved !
Good for you then. Actually, I never claimed to have all the answers. However, I did address most of the questions I was asked in my previous post. If you haven't read it or even if you did but still don't know what I'm talking about (which seems to be the case), then feel free to stay ignorant and pressed for no reason whatsoever lol ~
Personally, I liked Kimoto at first and was excited for the second season, especially since the story was being told from his perspective. However, I eventually grew tired of him and his unrealistic, obsessive crush on Tehir —whom I dislike intensely— so now I couldn't care less about his character, lol ~
Glad to hear you're still hooked on the story, hopefully, it continues to keep you invested ^^ ~

There’s a short bonus chapter that hasn’t been translated or posted here, and it’s been ages now T^T !
Should I still hope for a Boss x Seolho continuation someday, or is that unlikely ? TT﹏TT
