Y'know what maybe it's cz I'm a grown up and they're children but being with someone who can't tell off their friends and have some fucking boundaries is just infuriating. After this whole childhood friend arc I genuinely don't want them together anymore. The little blonde one is literally falling behind in school and these emotional rollercoasters ain't doing shit for his academic future. They're still young to comprehend all these trials and tribulations add up eventually and weigh down the relationship. Reading this I finally understand why even tho these relationships are deep they go nowhere in the long run. It's all just unintentionally hurting each other which still builds resentment in the long run. Like grow up some more then revisit the relationship at a later time.

There are more chapters and toji did in fact chose yachi and now it makes sense why the side stories were about he and kiyoto cz they truly did end

I think people who say the ending of the story was rushed fail to see the ending was appropriate for the relationships that Ian had with both TJ and Jo. The ending of Joian just reflects what their relationship was, practically an empty husk. Ian doesn't tell him the truth even at the very end and outright refuses to discuss his relationship with tj to Jo. Even when it clearly hurts Jo, he's never really given proper closure. But what do y'all expect from a situationship? Even in real life situationships always have a very anticlimactic end they just end cz thats how little that relationship mattered. Jo wishing Ian happiness is not out of character it's the only way he can deal without losing his shit and lashing out at Ian who if we remember ended things in the beginning of season three. Jo held on and Ian felt he just had to accept that even if he didn't want it. No one was right or wrong in that situation. It stopped being about love and they would just continue to hurt each other if they didn't let go.

The ending with tj is not surprising either. Why should they have a communication arc or something like that? Ian was down bad for that man always and when he finally got the chance to lock him down he didn't think twice. It's not out of character for him to be erratic when it comes to TJ. He didn't want to wait anymore cz for two decades he'd been waiting for things to change and he finally got the chance to change things so why would he wait? That communication happened eventually just not for the readers and that's fine. Read in between the lines. Tjian's only way forward was a proper relationship(and I know the Jo fans who were yapping for the story to end would not have liked seeing their married life).

The creator tried their best to accommodate everyone when she was being bullied for her choice which we now know was nearly a decade old. Of course the ending would be short cz she also has to protect her mental health. Y'all forget these people are human and deserve some grace when their writing is consistently being questioned by bitter readers who often don't even understand the story, they just want their expectations met even if it's not narratively sound. People were saying she's stupid and she should die and y'all expected an elaborate end gtfoh!!! Next time read like a normal human being and not some deranged animal. Then you'll get an elaborate ending.

honestly i could tell that ian was gonna end up with tj from the start, this is also js my pov and stuff but i hate guys with a savior complex like jo, you know those types of guys that are into broken people and they think they can fix them and shit

Can we acknowledge the top is a dunce? I get liking someone but please stand up and have some self respect. He's the one that obsessed over someone he mostly knew on screen and thought he'd be a prince when he's a selfish shithead. Woojoon will be strung along forever cz he's too much of a pussy to let go of a high school romance that given ten years wouldn't matter. In his own right he's a loser and thinks holding onto those feelings makes him a romantic guy.

And people hate this series just because of the lips like gtfoh!!!

Fated mates give me the ick cz it's just the embodiment of entitlement. I remember this one bl where the MC was dumped by his ex for the so called fated mate who ended up abusing the ex. They came back cry to the MC apologizing and not knowing what to do. They didn't know how to leave and the MC intervenes and saves her and tells her she doesn't have to tolerate that shit for something that destroys her regardless of how much her instincts are screaming at her to stay.

Another thing loving is knowing. Getting to know someone is how love should always be. Being driven by very animalistic instincts and calling it love just defeats the purpose. That is just two beasts fucking. Nothing romantic about that destiny/fate bs if you literally have no freedom of choice.

I feel bad for the secretary constantly being beaten and shit. Why he looking like he just been slapped it hurts me I love him most?

Champion athlete and his physiotherapist kneeling on the street confessing their love for each other. The tabloids would have a field day with this. Joo jaekyung biggest scandal.

I know it's not the definitive end cz we'll get their side stories and potato-heesung stuff I'm looking forward to all that.

I have my criticisms about this story but I was entertained and to me that is what matters most. Doyak said it was gonna be different and it really was cz for once the MC wasn't a Mary Sue that you feel you have to constantly make excuses for. Ian is so flawed and that's why he's one of my all time fave MCs. He makes poor choices, he's unpredictable and just a human who is trying to get it. I loved it all even the angst was worth it. I know they'll never be side stories but I hope doyak changes her mind one day. We didn't get enough old men yaoi out of this. I wanted to see what their normal everyday routine as just regular civilians looks like like who does the domestic work, who does the taxes etc. I know TJ is probably the one who plans dates and vacations but I wanted to see Ian's romantic input too. Maybe one day but who knows. All that being said this was enough cz it's enough to at least fill in the gaps. Bye wetsand.

these mfs here really on ab switching n shi when the story clearly shows minyoungs a bottom for cheol

if yall want switch go finf other stories annoying ass

when will i be able to read obsessive power bottom n submissive shy top without some rat in my ear whispering the bottom should top js cs the top is submissive or sum like that

Tima created a topic of Die In My Arms

Y'all are obsessed with the switching thing when it's clear that cheol didn't want to do it and doesn't want to do it and his feelings on it are absolutely valid. Like I get the appeal of it but him puking put me off from ever wanting to see that shit. If it is not consensual and met with enthusiasm please just keep it.

This is why convos about consent on here are always performative cz y'all only care about consent when it's your fav bottom but when a top doesn't want such boundaries crossed all of a sudden it's "he could have just lubed him up." Utterly disgusting.

I said this months ago when this nonsense was announced. This shit was gonna be ass and people were defending it. I don't get why the author thought this was it. All this energy could have been for another better series but just had to reheat nachos and now everyone hates it. The author was on haitus for years and this is the best they could come up with just a shame. It used to be one of my comfort BLS now it's just garbage. Could the company not tell them to stop and not ruin something already good?? It's giving soulless Disney live actions
