i get really bad cramps, and nothing helps except for medication (ibuprofen/NSAID or a muscle relaxer). getting an IUD also helped a lot for me. for less severe cramps, gentle stretching, warm compress/warm water bottle, tea. 1 reply

the people who have experiences they want to yap about will yap--like if you're in a group and 2 people watched some movie, they can talk about the movie as if everyone in the group has watched.

1. i dislike how every manhwa is obsessed with looks and beauty. characters fall in love bc of they're handsome, even if they have trash personalities, and good looks are used to justify everything. it was funny the first two times, but i think 98% of the manhwa ive read are just so fixated on looks; it's annoying. with ho...... reply
