If all these unhinged people could channel that energy into real causes affecting people suffering slavery in the present day, instead of tearing their hair out over a romantic BL story that never even happened because it was unjustly accused, just to prevent weak-minded people from having an aneurysm as a result of seeing the word "slave" used not only in a context that validates their emotions, which are based solely on distorting and misinterpreting reality.

The only reason it was cancelled is because the author and everyone behind the manga didn't want to have to deal in the future with all the inept people who would scrutinize every last detail just to have something to complain about and feel attacked, or have to be the knights in shining armor defending the weak and misunderstood in their eyes.

Are you kidding me? We could have had Brokeback Mountain in the 19th century! The author shouldn't have given in. The story hadn't even started and they were already speculating and getting paranoid about their own self-inflicted traumas. I'm not talking about a specific demographic, but about all the mentally deficient people who try to dictate their delusions to average people who can actually differentiate between reality and fiction.

It gets tedious quickly with exposition dump after exposition dump. All we see are people sitting around or talking on the phone, feeding us information. At that point, I really don't give a damn about these people's lives because it's boring to watch them just talk about it.
That being said, I like the couple, I just wish the omega wasn't such a wet noodle.

That was the phrase "I'll fuck you till you love me" in manga format, quite disturbing if put into action. Basically, it's lacking; the seme's entire modus operandi was just rape and then, for some unknown reason, obsession with the uke.
The uke was only there to "fix" the seme with the power of his anus and Cinderella-like existence. At no point was there anything other than sexual relations. There's no development in getting to know each other on an individual level.
In the end, all that remains is a feeling of dependence and the superficial justification of alpha and omega. I mean, you can do that, but don't try to sell it to me like it's a fairy tale. (I'm referring to the people who try to recommend and defend it.)
It's just a rather immature and juvenile idea put into action and justified with ignorance and inexperience.
But if you're interested in that kind of story, I think this is one that at least puts some effort into it, so

Only in the first two chapters. No matter how the story continues or if there's a redemption arc, it won't change the fact that they're giving the rapist a happy ending. And if you think about the way he raped the uke, I have no doubt that he could have done it hundreds of times before to other people as if it were nothing (I know that's speculation and indulging in imagination and delusion, but it's also using logic)
Also, the uke rationalizing murdering a toddler in one of the most terrifying ways possible lol

I've been holding back the cringe until now, but what the hell is with the uke throwing himself in front of the knife to stop the seme from getting stabbed, instead of just punching the guy with the knife if he's already there? I think it works better if it were shorter. It's okay in the first few chapters, but it gets boring quickly, and after that, it's just bad. It tries to give the story depth in the most superficial and cliche way possible, throwing in really mid boring smut in the middle.
