It is a bit too difficult to just suddenly quit. I think by cutting off all yaoi at once, it is a bit too self-punishing a method. I think you should schedule when you want to read yaoi everyday, or set a limit to how many yaoi and manga you read a day. I think I am addicted , I spend all day just reading mangas especially yaoi

I feel like I am messing out in life cuz I spend too much time online

I tried so many times to quite reading yaoi deleted all my mangas but it not last long and I come back stronger then before .

manga is only thing that make me feel happy , I tried to find healthy hobbies but I just get bored .

You should have an app timer. I use an android, so there is a setting in my phone for it. I used to use an app on my phone, YouTube, like CRAZY! It was the first app I would open up in the morning, and the last app I would look at in the night.
