I understand that the lgbtq+ community has been through many things and still continues to be discriminated, but the world is slowly changing. And if hating on straights, who COULD have been potential allies, is the change, then i don't want to be a part of it.

I'm not straight, but I definitely agree with that. I absolutely hate it when *some* members of LGBTQ+ community are nasty to straight people in general, just as I hate it when *some* straight people are nasty to LGBTQ+ people.
