so i have BED which is binge eating disorder right, it was really hard to eat OR lose weight because i would just eat so much without stopping. people are always like "calorie deficit" bla bla "exercise" but those things literally don't matter untill you do this

- Calorie deficit --> if you eat less calories than what you consume on a daily basis currently, you will be successful. If you want to estimate your current calorie intake, use a journal to keep track. Don't starve yourself. Just recognize you don't need to eat as much as your brain is tricking you into believing.

1. Eat things in moderation. Don’t worry or stress out if you eat a slice of pizza or a piece of cake. Just don’t do it all the time.

Most important thing when losing weight is being realistic! Don't do diets, find a life style that fits you and that you can consistently keep up for the rest of your life. If you have an unhealthy relationship with food, focus on healing that first and foremost, since that will most likely just make things more difficult for you while losing weigh...... reply
Baseline: Burn more calories than you eat. Like others mentioned, calories vs. Calories out.
Having a good sleep schedule is very important.
Also, don't eat until you are actually hungry and don't eat until your stuffed. Just eat until you are moderately full.
