No there is no special reason, I was burned out from shoujo romance because I felt like I already read everything so I gave BL a shot, it was the same thing but two dudes it felt like any other romance manga I've read I just got more mangas to choose from.
At this point I think I just prefer it over the Straight ones cause I'm Asexual(?) I think ...... reply

Yaoi isn’t better from other romances, no romance is above another as long as both parties love each other. They might feel more connection, but their romance is not above others.
Besides that, I like Yaoi and Shounen Ai because they just seem to have much more interesting plot lines and better humour, verses other stories. Plus, they have that ...... reply
