I'm hungry and feeling mischievous. For reference I'm 4'11, I can lift 20 pounds max, I have a good sleight of hand, I can sprint for at least 10 seconds before getting winded, and I can kick pretty decent.
Tbh u gotta be hella strategic. Starting from day one, make sure throughout the first week ur outfit, backpack, pen cases, any/all of ur items show ur personality and interests. I always wear concert merch and add stickers to my stuff. This will attract ppl that you’d probably get along with, and hopefully they make a comment abt ur stuff. And bo...... reply
Apologies cause this might be long haha... Coming from my own personal experience. I'm in uni and when I was in my 1st year, I didn't know anybody. I quickly made friends with a group of girls since our degree is mostly men and we wanted to stick around each other but it only lasted a year. not so much an advice... but when they talk to u first n if they're super duper friendly,, highly likely u will have fun college time. a girl was super friendly n nice but i got scared of her energy,, so we didnt end up very close,, still friends but i wished i put more effort into being her friend bc she's a fun person. reply
I think the only times I made friends in my classes was during labs with lab partners or group members. This way there's natural opportunity to talk and get to know someone one on one.
Otherwise I usually made friends outside of class and they happened to also take the same classes I was. For example, making friends with people who lived in the sam...... reply
I'll be honest here, its a mutual experience of starting a convo with whoever is close to you in the first day and just stay glued to them from then on lol
As a 3rd year is gotten to the point where any new person i befriend is presented to me by a person I met by coincidentally sitting together on a 1st year class
