154cm and 60kg
I'm 154cm and 60kg. I want to lose weight because I'm starting to lose confidence with myself. my upper body is fine but all the fat goes to my waist and below especially the thighs. I have like extremely thick thighs and it doesn't really match with my upper body. can anybody suggest me any kinds of workout or exercises that can reduce my weight and tone down my thighs.
Lift weights. Do deadlifts/weighted squats/glute bridge/weighted lunges to build your hamstrings/glutes/quads/adductors. I can't recommend a better way than this. If you want to intensify your workout regime, add plyometrics to the equation such as jump squats/burpees/broad jumps/tuck jumps.
