are you like a boxer doing a cut or something?? Losing weight really quickly is dangerous. Go to the gym, lower your daily caloric intake slightly, and eat a varied and healthy diet with less sugar and carbs and more protein. That’s how to go about it healthy. You got to take care of yourself because no one else is gonna do it for you. reply
Please do not do anything harmful :( not only is it bad for you, once you go off that type of diet you’ll gain the weight back soooooooo quickly. STAY AWAY FROM INTERMITTENT FASTING!! I can not emphasize this enough. It’s a one way ticket to an eating disorder w the way ur thinking. here’s what i do for my meals:-
1) I eat konjac noodles cause it has low calories but it fills me up like a normal whole meal
2) I drink about 700 ml water right before eating so that my stomach is full of water already and I won’t overeat

ive HEARD that keto is the fastest way to lose weight, but you will gain your weight back immediately after you stop dieting. if you need to lose weight asap and dont care abt gaining it back afterwards maybe you should try keto. dont take my word for it i dont know anything abt keto and havent tried it so do your own research first.
