I think it's pretty obvious that a lot of bl stories have rape in them , its not something I support or want to normalise but its still objectively a common trope That aside why do comments hating on rape under a bl story get so much backlash? Like people really be defending anything and everything these days with a 'don't like don't read' comment? Any minor hate on a popular story against toxic themes , gets the 'no one is forcing you to read this' like please where is the logic , it still pisses me off to this day that ts happens
It is quite frustrating. I'm glad you've made a post on it. I was just commenting how these rape stories fuels the real life theory people have on gay relationships that you must be forced into being queer. I hate that theory and it makes me cringe seeing stories where rape is turned into "consent" later in the story because the MC has gotten adjus...... reply
