I think it's pretty obvious that a lot of bl stories have rape in them , its not something I support or want to normalise but its still objectively a common trope That aside why do comments hating on rape under a bl story get so much backlash? Like people really be defending anything and everything these days with a 'don't like don't read' comment? Any minor hate on a popular story against toxic themes , gets the 'no one is forcing you to read this' like please where is the logic , it still pisses me off to this day that ts happens
Literally commented this under an up and coming rape story "you are my world" cos really no one is saying rape enjoyers can't read rape. Me commenting saying it's weird isn't policing what you read it's using a comment section to comment my opinion and soooo many of them get mad and defensive.
