I know it’s a pretty controversial manga… also why did it get removed from this site?
I just gave it a reread, I loved it in 2020 and I still love it now. As someone who experienced csa and Stockholm syndrome, I love reading csa media and I feel like Nii-Chan is prob one of the best written ones out there.

I feel like a lot of ppl argue that it’s romanticized bc the abuser and the victim actually end up in a relationship, and view ther relationship as “normal”.
But that shit really happens irl, so I don’t get why depicting that makes it romanticized. Also I heard that it’s also considered romanticized bc it had intimate scenes but I’d argue that there’s a contrast in all the intimate scenes, the scene where Yui was a child was not a very detailed scene in comparison to when Yui and Kei r actually tg and it’s far more detailed. I think it reflect the shift in their dynamic, although their relationship is still fucked up I think it’s interesting.

I also wanted to bring up the intimate scenes bc ppl called Harada a shotacon bc of the rape scene when Yui was a child… but it wasn’t even detailed, so im confused on how she’s a shotacon for that and the scene that depicted Kei’s experience w csa also wasn’t detailed.

Harada does gloss over a lot of topics in her works which is very questionable, but I haven’t seen any evidence for the accusation of her being a shotacon beyond Nii-Chan… which doesn’t even romanticize csa so I just want to know if there’s any actual substance behind that accusation besides Nii-Chan?

The story is about the mc and her husband, the mc is lonely because the husband isn't around or always at work or something i think the husband is cheating? then nanami(mc) sleeps (have sex) with a another man (i think friend or brother of the husband) and they kept this hidden for a while and boom the husband finds out and i think they have a fight and It's SO SMUTTY yes they almost have sex all the time

I'm looking for this manga that I dropped. A god and his older brother are sent down to earth to find an object (I can't remember what it is) and whoever finds it basically takes the throne. He comes to earth and I think after sometime becomes a sumo wrestler (?).

I just want to know… I feel like you guys think people who read Jinx are absolutely despicable, and I want to know where this sense of moral superiority is coming from. You guys seem to think that people who read Jinx are out there also engaging in the immoral activities depicted in the webcomic. You DO know it’s just a webcomic right? Most people are not so black and white that reading something like Jinx has any influence over their life, whatsoever. You can read Jinx without supporting rape and sexual assault/coercion, hell, at this point of the story you can even enjoy it because readers are being taken on a journey that explains Jaekyoung’s past and explores the meaning behind his actions (this is not me excusing said actions by the way), and are experiencing his redemption (though some might say he’ll never be able to fully pay for what he’s done to Kim Dan) I’m not trying to tell you guys to read Jinx in any way, as I know that what one person likes another might not, but let me ask you this. When you watch a movie with a serial killer in it, does it make you feel like killing? When you watch a movie with sexual assault in it, does it make you want to sexually assault the person closest to you? Like I’m so confused as to why Jinx haters seem to think that the readers are toddlers who can’t regulate themselves.

I’m looking for a yaoi where the mc (uke) used to tutor the seme, left the town but came back later and wow the seme is now an adult. The seme guy has black hair and red eyes and the mc I don’t remember what he looks like but I remember him having a big dih and having a childhood friend return to the country that he used to like??

How do y'all feel about the wet sand ending? A lot of people say they loved it, others say they hate it. Me personally, I feel as if the author should've added more character depth, if that makes sense. I like it when love triangles give all the characters depth and don't make it written off as if the MC is property that is to be claimed by the end of the story, that's what pissed me off with the ending, not even the ending, the FANS, some people are wayyy too like, invested into wet sand that they forget it's literally fiction. I was rooting for Joe, I won't lie, because based on what I read about characters with a gangster background, they end up getting with someone that isn't affiliated with that lifestyle, which makes the story deeper, and better, in my opinion, but I'm not saying the story won't be interesting if it was about two gangsters. But I'd love to hear different opinions, please don't argue though lmao, I already see enough arguing on Twitter. I'd love opinions from both TJ lovers and Jo lovers.

So in the mangas and manhwas it's pretty cool to be the loner ...the outcast...well it ended pretty well for them...buttt is it normal for someone to exist as loner in reality....like people ignoring you and doing things you wouldn't like just to irritate you is it even normalllll....well irl i guess there is not really a character development arc...a loner is a loner everywhere they go .....well in my case I'm not even the main character loner instead more likely the villainous loner who doesn't even have goons hahhhh....it's tiring atleast I need goons but I'm introvert enough to even afford them
