It was a historical romance manhwa that might have been an isekai? The mc/fl has blue hair and was a noble. And the whole premise of the story had to do with her healing the ml cause he’s in a wheelchair and lost his estate. The ml had white hair and had a little sister he adopted too and I think he was a really strong knight before he got injured.
