Most cases of child sexual abuse is done by a family member these adults who are in incestuous relationships were groomed and or abused and i already know people are going to make up a scenario of two long lost siblings that don't know they're siblings and get together and find out and the ethics of that so don't even try. Incest is never going to create a healthy relationship and it's not only wrong because the couple children might come out with disabilities.
